User Centric Experience

In broad terms, user-centered design (UCD) is a design philosophy and a process in which the needs, wants, and limitations of end users of an interface or document are given extensive attention at each stage of the design process.

Pemrose deliver a User Centric Experience by ensuring that data is consistent in all locations, across all networks within the Organization. Users are delivered the same desktop, networking drives, SharePoint sites, applications and services irrespective of what device they use and where they use it from. Terminal Services access can be delivered to power users enabling the utilization of hardware that has not been delivered by Pemrose or that falls outside management scope. Terminal Services provides a secure method of access from local PCs without risking the network and delivering the same desktop experience users would expect to receive inside the Organization.

Utilizing Virtualization technologies Pemrose abstract the experience away from the hardware and by delivering consistent hardware to all users in the Organization. Pemrose are able to prepare and deploy Operating System images with applications, drives and updates integrated, ensuring that there is no difference between devices and end-user experience. This also provides a platform for testing new versions and new funcationality before deployment placing a strong emphasis on version control and managment.

Combined these solutions to data consistency, remote access, hardware and software consistency provide a strong basis and solid platform for delivering a User Centric Experience to all users thoughout the Organization.
